2 pair facing turn overbet into 2 players

I thought this was a pretty standard pass (well it is really) at first since my c/r has been called by both players then he overbets the turn.

But thinking more about it is this maybe he is on a draw and he just wants to take the pot whilst having outs? No real stats but MP1 is 26/0 and MP3 is 29/0 over about 25 hands. So many SD / FD combos. But he could have a better 2 pair and be defending against the draws but wouldnt he re-raise me on the flop with say A10?
