Default C/raising spot I need help with (10NL)

    Villain is 32/22/3 and c-bets 100%

    UTG ($5)
    MP ($7.47)
    CO ($10.45)
    Button ($2.31)
    SB ($12.01)
    Hero (BB) ($10.20)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, 10
2 folds, CO bets $0.30, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.20

    Flop: ($0.65) 2, 10, 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.35, Hero raises to $0.90, 1 fold

    Total pot: $1.35 | Rake: $0.06

I've seen a lot of these types of players at 10nl. I guess they read somewhere about continuation betting and are doing it a 100% now.
    His C-betting is obviously exploitable.
Same if we call a raise in position. He bets flop, we call/raise. If we call, a lot of times these guys check turn and we bet for easy win.

    Now my questions about this:
Do we call with a wider range pre flop here against him?
    How much wider?
How much does it matter if we hit or not? We're basically playing against his actions here.
Can we just call down when we hit, and raise when we miss?
I know I need to adjust to him, just don't know how much. I have the feeling we should put pressure on him almost always in these spots since it's so exploitable. See if he is adjusting and then take it to another level. Don't feel like I'm ready for that level though.
I don't even know if my thinking here is correct.

The way I do it now is to call a bit lighter, and to check raise/check call a bit more. I just don't know if a bit is good enough.

    What s his turn bet%

Check raising is pretty good here, your exploiting his Cbet%. You could have air here too.
Check calling is good too, cos he could fire another barrel (Edlets onto it). And you get another street of value and more info on his Turn bet sizing.
    Exploitable too.

This would be the best way to exploit this guy I think, at least until he adjusts. We know he's raising a wide range, and we know he always cbets, so c/r him when we miss is going to be a profitable bluff. If we think he keeps firing if we call flop, then let him keep firing. If we think he cbets flop then shuts down with his missed hands when we continue, then c/r flop.

Edlets is right, a turn bet % would be a very useful stat here.

I don't have the turn bet % up in my hud when I play.

But my main concern with these types of situations is really about how often we should try to exploit him. I mean if we look just at the stats and math we should call/raise him every hand....until he adjusts.
I'm just not sure where to take it from there.

i'd just call this flop because he's folding such a huge amount of the time, rarely continues with worse, and we may have some implied value when an ace rolls off on the turn or river. i'd probably be check/raising a ton of bricked overcards and backdoor flush draws and stuff vs this guy on this flop to exploit how seldom he has a hand he can continue to a C/R with here.

Thing is, if we keep c/r him, he's either going to stop cbetting, or stop folding to the c/r. If we're quick to see he has adjusted, then we can counter-adjust.

If we think villain stops betting with marginal or missed hands after his flop cbet, I like to c/r this flop because it might encourage a spewy adjustment in later hands from this villain, no-one likes being pushed around. Just avoid the temptation to keep firing if we c/r him with air and he continues, because then he's exploiting us.

To answer your question of how often we should exploit these villains... we do it as often as we think we can get away with it! We exploit until they adjust.
