Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 9, 9
UTG bets $0.20, Hero calls $0.20, MP1 calls $0.20, 1 fold, MP3 calls $0.20, 2 folds, SB calls $0.15, 1 fold

Fairly standard spot to call and set mine. Quite happy when there are a few callers.

Flop: ($1.10) 9, A, 4 (5 players)
SB checks, UTG bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40, MP1 calls $0.40, 2 folds

The board is as dry as I could ever hope for with trips so I decide to just call with the intention of smashing the turn. Hoping for a couple of extra callers but no such luck. Building the pot with a raise could very well have been the better option though.

Turn: ($2.30) 9 (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks, MP1 checks

GOLD! So why didn't I bet? Basically figured I've got the hand and was hoping for MP1 to spazz off after it is checked to him. Didn't work out. Hindsight has me thinking betting is the better option?

River: ($2.30) 3 (3 players)
UTG bets $0.90, Hero raises to $2.30, 1 fold, UTG calls $1.40

Total pot: $6.90 | Rake: $0.33

A shove definitely would have been the better option here I think. Must admit to not really noticing how little UTG had left in his stack. Bummer!
