I put MP1 on 22-AA, ATs+, AJo+, 98s+
I put BB on 22-TT, AJs+, AQo+, SC's possibly as low as 78s+. I discount JJ+ as I think he'd be likely to 3bet squeeze with those. Also discount AK somewhat for the same reason.

BB checks, MP1 bets $0.60, Hero calls $0.60, BB calls $0.60

Call here because besides the lowish straight draw the board seems fairly dry and unlikely to have hit either of them hard. Plan is to bomb the turn.

I think MP1 could cbet his entire preflop range on this board.
BB I put on 78, T9, JT. I discount 44 and 99 and 98 here as I think he'd be raising them. TT is also possible.

I put MP1 on KQ, JJ, 99, 44, AJ+, QQ+, TT, T9, 98. I'm ahead of most of that.

My guess would be something like $3.50-$4.00 which(assuming MP1 calls and BB folds as most likely scenario) charges draws and also sets it up for a touch over 1/2 psb to get stacks in on river.

I'd raise the flop. BB's range is really tight, even tighter from the BB, and he 3-bets 1%, which is like KK+ -- he can have overpairs here.

@ baudib - I hadn't really thought about BB having over pairs but with a 1% 3bet stat he could definitely play TT-JJ/QQ like this and call a flop raise. Will work on my situational awareness a bit more to try to figure out the best way to get value in this type of situation.
