    Flop: ($0.47) , , (2 players)
Hero bets $0.40, CO calls $0.40

    Turn: ($1.27) (2 players)

    hero?

villain again unknown, but i suppose there are a lot of Tx in his CO range( this is a general assumption, based on fact that he is a russian and generally they are damn wide in LP), like ATs,KTs,QTs,JTs,9Ts besides PP. i bet flop to get value from 33-99,JJ.
turn i am thinking b/f or c/c, but i dont know wich.... if i get called, or i c/c, river what do i do? may seems an easy/silly situation for most of you, but this is a tough spot for me and dont know wich decision is best.
All posts are just my own opinion about a hand or a general situation... not advices on how you should play...

Just Bet it, like 1/2 or 2/3s pot. It's difficult that He's unknown, but you can expect people to call that flop with pretty much all of their pf calling range, including overs and all pps. If he raises I think it's a fold with no reads.

I think i'd bet less on the flop too, like $.25-35 is good when the flop is so dry. You just want to get your hand to showdown really, and not show aces and kings free cards.

I like to bet smaller on the flop, like 2/3rd pot. Seriously what are you getting value from apart JJ, unless he starts chasing with overs or 88-99, which I would not assume without reads. And there are more Tx in his range than 88,99,JJ

I don't like betting the turn b/c we have less than 50% equity against his continuing range imo.
