Default Rush, 5NL, 6max: flopped split 2 pair, what now?

    Hello. First ever post!

Have only seen 3 hands on opponent, 0 VPIP.

    No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (6 handed)

    BB ($3.87)
    UTG ($5.15)
    MP ($4.27)
    CO ($5.22)
    Button ($4.19)
    Hero (SB) ($4.05)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8d, 7d
4 folds, Hero bets $0.13, BB calls $0.10

    Flop: ($0.30) 8c, 7h, Qs (2 players)
Hero bets $0.15, BB raises $0.30, Hero raises $1.05, BB calls $0.90

    Turn: ($2.70) 9s (2 players)

What should I do on the turn?
Could I have played the flop differently?

Also, would only let me post HH as text... what gives?

You get to use the hand converter after 10 posts, until then just post the raw hand history (results deleted) and someone will convert for you.

The flop min-raise is polarized. When you 3-bet, you fold out all his bluffs. Since we don't know villain, we don't know if we're still ahead of his flop raise/call range, probably against a fish we are, against a tag maybe, maybe not.

I suggest betting close to pot otf and just calling a raise. Then playing your hand as a bluff-catcher, c/c turn and river. If he checks back turn, bet river for value. If you bet the flop and he doesn't raise, then just continue to bet for value.

Bottom two is alot like TPTK and that's not always a hand you want to stack off with.

Disagree about his range being likely to be super polarised on the flop. Often Qx will be a sizable part of villains range comes to weaker players. This guy
is clearly bad (not a fullstack, playing 5NL, sizing etc) Defo fine with the flop 3 bet here and stacking off b vs b, should have more than enough equity. Assuming we'll be better off c/c down vs air that he likely wont go too mad with is likely an error since we risk losing value vs Qx being oop here when we call flop and check turn.

As played check and evaluate now, if he starts hammering, folding is going to be fine here. I wouldn't excpect Qx to hammer too often now.

Carroters has pointed out that the villain is bad because he isn't fully stacked at 5nl and his bad bet sizing (i.e the min raise) . Why aren't you fully stacked?Say you get Aces and get it in pre against the 5$ stacks on the table. you are losing value by only having a 4$ stack.
