Default 25NL, TT oop, flop c/r called

Only 4 hands on villain but he looks taggy. Do you play the flop differently? When he calls the flop c/r I think he has mostly draws, sometimes overpairs or sets, possibly overcards.

OTT villain has 13 behind and the pot is 16. Not sure what to do here, just put him in?

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    saw flop

    CO ($20.84)
    Button ($25.35)
    Hero (SB) ($57.75)
    BB ($26)
    UTG ($37.66)
    MP ($9.55)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 10, 10
    2 folds, CO bets $1, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.90, 1 fold

    Flop: ($2.25) 8, 7, 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $2.25, Hero raises to $7, CO calls $4.75

    Turn: ($16.25) Q (2 players)
    Hero ?

Range stuff: If his range going to the turn is nfd's, fd+overs, nut oesd's, sets or overpairs, tptk, AK or AQ, then I'm about 50%. So, I guess with FE putting him in is good, but blechy spot.

His PSB looks more to me like a hand like 99-QQ that needs protection vs overcards or other draws, but maybe he also does that with some draws though.

If he is a tagg, after your c/r the flop I think he either folds his draws or shoves over with his 12+ outers? Calling seems bad here.

Note that when you c/r you also have a lot of semi-bluffs in your range, so he may figure his best option is to call when he holds an overpair against a range consisting of draws or sets or some other overpairs.

i would c/f turn.... psb and calling c/r cant be a draw. either a set or overpairs and you only beat 99 so its a fold.

did the fact that he PSB'd this flop not alarm you at all?...i would never raise here, you are just folding out worse....and even after giving him 12 combos of AQ and 12 of AK you still didnt even have the full 50% needed to make a value bet, this was a result of your range narrowing his range such that it was now unprofitable to bet for value.

Anybody just lead the flop here? I hate the check raise and as played I'm done with the hand on the turn.

If he really was a TAG I wouldn't c/r flop as he's only continuing with better/big draw and folding worse. I'd either c/c or lead has some merit.

Turn is pretty tricky because most bad TAGs (assumption due to stack size) don't really have a flop flatting range so it's hard for me to put him on one.
