If I was given a black box, and told I can press it and a random person in Africa who I do not know of and does not know anyone I do, dies and I get $100,000 in my bank account I would press it.

Probably.. normal. Research has shown that people behave fair ("good") towards others not because of some kind of inherent goodness in people's hearts - that would make no sense to have evolved - but because we fear other people will spite us if we treat them unfairly. Game theory-wise if we have to interact with people who we know will spite us, displaying fairness evolves naturally as an optimal strategy.

Boost once described me over pancakes as "bad. not like morally corrupt or evil, but as deficient."
