Worked in insurance for last 8 years or so. Dull as f*ck but paid the bills.
Got made redundent as of last Friday (29/10/2010). Got some payout. Got a bankroll.
Gonna grind $100nl 6 max and see where I get to. If in 2 months time i don't get anywhere I have to find another job I guess....
i don't know about the UK market at the moment, could be worth starting the job application process now (shouldn't occupy more than 1hr every second day once your cv is up to date)?

5pm- 6pm - study poker hands etc.
That's 6 & 1/2 hrs poker everyday, plus 1 hours study, going over hands, posting hands on FTR etc etc.
cool that exercise is in there!
8am, dunno how you work, your other commitments, etc, could be worth experimenting with a 90minute session before breakfast? then exercise, then session, then lunch? and/or monitoring whether with/without coffee has an impact
1-5pm, 4hrs is a long session... take a break?
