Default 10NL - nut flush bet sizing?

Sometimes I am really stumped by bet sizing. Here's an example from today.

Both guys look pretty reggy, not much info as only recently joined table.

I think pre and flop are both pretty std. Now, when I turn the flush, I get confused about optimal bet sizing. There's $9.17 behind in the effective stack ott. If I bet $2.20 here, that leaves $6.97 to shove into a river pot of $6.70. I don't think twice before polarising my betting against fish, however against more reggy opponents I try to balance my range a little - should this even be a concern in this spot?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed)

    SB ($20.35)
    BB ($10.92)
    UTG ($10)
    Hero (MP) ($10.17)
    CO ($10)
    Button ($19.90)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 9, A
1 fold, Hero bets $0.30, CO calls $0.30, 2 folds, BB calls $0.20

    Flop: ($0.95) K, Q, 6 (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.70, 1 fold, BB calls $0.70

    Turn: ($2.35) 4 (2 players)
    BB checks, Hero bets ?

i think we are losing value by trying to get it in here. villain just has a hand he is willing to felt so rarely because the strongest flush he can have is Qsxs, which may be discounted to some degree because it will C/R the flop sometimes. it isn't so much a matter of balance as that villain almost never has a hand he will call a PSB on the turn and a river jam with. and those hands which are willing to felt will probably actually C/R the turn and get it in anyway. so i go like $1.4 looking to get at least one more street from the Kx type hands which he will probably have here more often than not.

I think you can just go ahead and bet this turn pretty big. I doubt he folds Kx, Qx (esp w/ a spade) or much at all of his flop calling range on this turn. He will fold some rivers so make a near psb on the turn then bet river depending on the card, tbh though I can see a std reg at 10NL just hardly ever folding Kx to a jam and folding Qx to most sizes on blank rivers anyways - so given he doesn't fold often on the turn, and you get prolly one more street only out of Qx no spade hands anyways, I don't think there's anything wrong with 2.35/jam river.

I highly doubt regs at 10NL often just fold to turn barrels with top pair. That sounds pretty unheard of to me unless they're mega nits. There are so many combos of good Kx, Kx with spade and Qx with spade that just don't fold. I'd defo bet big on this turn.

not changing my tune just because the general consensus is to go big, but, i originally thought this hand was played in FR for some reason, where regs' preflop flatting ranges are generally really tight and people don't seem to station one pair hands near as often OOP vs strong lines on 3flush boards. the fact that it is 6m makes me more inclined to want to just go bigger for value.

1.80 on turn, 3/5 pot on river.
