Default AQ in BB on Q high flop

No reads on op defending blinds. This is more of an optimal play question. Strong hand in BB, I raise light to try to get a call. BB leads into my TPTK hand on the flop. Smooth call and try to get more money in on later streets or raise for value or raise to try to induce a shove bluff? This may seem kind of trivial but I'd like some feedback and thoughts.

    SB ($27.12)
    BB ($29.97)
    UTG ($26.43)
    MP1 ($19.25)
    MP2 ($21.05)
    CO ($30.33)
    Hero (Button) ($18.48)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q, A
4 folds, Hero bets $0.60, 1 fold, BB calls $0.35

    Flop: ($1.30) Q, 7, 3 (2 players)
    BB bets $1.32, Hero?

    1) Top off your stack
    2) Don't change the sizes of your raises based on the STRENGTH of your hand
    3) Get some reads on opponents before you try to build big pots with only 1 pair

Unless you have a read that his donking range is weak, calling flop/most turns rivers is likely best since it keeps his range the widest. You typically don't want to build giant pots with one pair, especially if you don't have reads

When you put in a raise here what kinds of hands do you expect him to call the raise with and what hands do you expect him to fold?

imo he's not continuing very often to a raise with hands that we're ahead of. And even when he does continue with a KQ type hand he's usually folding to further aggression. So raising doesn't accomplish a whole lot for us. Call his bet and keep in the hands that we're ahead of. If he checks the turn I would bet it myself and if he raises then I think we're beat almost always. If he leads turn and river for pot again then it might be a tougher spot...

Sit with a full buy in - yes I know. I just moved levels and usually come in short until I get a feel for the table. It gives me a little more room to see how the table plays and I usually top off after a round or two.

Villain pretty much snap bet on the flop. My read was that he thought the preflop bet was a steal attempt and decided to float and then take it away on the flop. I raised his flop bet and he folded which seemed standard at the time I did it, but this was one that I came back to and thought that I could have played better. A raise here gets called or raised by KQ,QT type hands and raised by sets and some pairs. I fold out air and most smaller pairs taht I'm ahead of.

I agree with caddie and kfaess that a call is probably the best line on the flop then a bet if he checks the turn card. Tougher if he leads turn depending on bet size. Thanks for the input.
