    Default Poker Tracker 3...Now what

Thanks for all the responses to my Newbie circle 3x post. Since deciding to try cash games, I just downloaded Poker Tracker 3, inserted my new hand histories, now what?

Actually i have a couple of specific questions but would love any additional info.

    1. While using the HUD, i know what the 3 main stats are and how they are calculated but i would like for some to explain "what is this telling me". In other words, if i have a premium preflop hand or hit a set or monster, how can i use the stats to extract the most value from the hand. What would a villians stats look like that i would slow play or what would a villians stats look like that i should continue to lead out...etc.

    2. How can i begin to learn and interpret poker traker stats to help me with my own game...

If these are other issues are address in another thread or article, please direct me to them otherwise, thanks in advance for your answers and advice..
