Ive think Ive been running good , and I feel im finding good folds. Ive cut down spews

I have been watching videos from grinderschool , reading all posts here, and I sometimes peek in the SHNL forum.

And Ive been experiminting with 3betting, holding air, sometimes when I have reads.


Any advice will be acted on.
