    Default KQs against LAG

Stacks are $250 deep 1/2NL. Villain is an aggressive, young Asian woman. She straddles every round and punishes limpers in the BB/straddle frequently. She's good at winning medium pots.

    Preflop:
    1 limper for $4.

Hero in MP limps with KQ. Plan is to call a raise from Villain if she punishes because this hand plays well against her range and against multiple opponents.

Button limps, sb limps. Villain punishes to $20.

    Hero calls. Everyone else calls.

    Flop: $100 Q79

SB checks, Villain checks, UTG+1 checks.

Hero? I think a bet is mandatory with a made hand and one person left to act. Best size? As played: Hero bets $45. Villain calls, everyone else folds.

    Turn: $190 Q

Heads up. Villain bets $80, leaving $105 effective behind.

    Hero?

$45 is only about half the pot. Villain may well think you are weak. Unless she woke up with 77 or 99 it is hard to see how you are behind a player who is raising every hand.

After bet and call the pot is about $180. So the SPR is about one. Seems to me you have to shove, and feel good about it. If villain has AQ you were dominated from the start anyhow. Any other reasonable range and you are golden.

So you think villain thinks hero is weak, and thus stabbing at the turn with a wide range, so we're just gunna shove.

I'd be inclined to give this aggressive player some rope. If she has the case Q you're getting all the money in regardless. Seems like she would bluff on the end against weakness if she has air or a weak pair.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

^^ I really like this reasoning. If she has a Q, doesn't matter what I do. But something like JJ,TT that will fold to a turn shove might shove into me on the river if I call. Thanks.

Call is probably better, but I don't think it matters much.

She's not folding draws, she might call off 2 pair if she thinks you're bluffing.

After reading the "call and let her bet again" postings I feel like the amateur that I am, they are probably right. Only reason the shove might be better is that it makes her pay for the draw which, if missed, won't win you the rest of the money.

Yeah I seem to agree with people above me, I would just shove. There is a ton of draws out there, and the villian is probably going to call anyways. You don't want to let a draw card fall (like a ten or a club) and then be questioning folding when the villain throws in the final $105.

In my opinion, it is just best to ship it on the turn while you are (probably) ahead
