Looks like a call, but all I can think here is "man I'm smoked"
Villain is a 22/16/5(3b) tag type

Definately a call imo because your hand looks weaker.

I think you miss some, or all, of these hands in his range:
    ATs, J9s, QTs, AK.

The relation of his turn betsizing and river betsizing confuses me. I don't think he's light with his turn betsize so I'm very much discounting air.

I wouldn't put any of these in his range without heavy discount.

If you want to, please go into on which streets you're taking them out.

pre, pre, pre, river. I think pfr 16 who opens to 4x utg usually doesn't have ATs, J9s or QTs in his range (or KJo for that matter). AK should c/f river.

Maybe it's just me but the biggest part of hero's c/c twice range usually are hands like AJ, KJ, QJ, JT and such on this boards.

So depending what he thinks of you, if he thinks you're cally he might even vbet Ak here. If he thinks you're foldy, then almost all of the previous hands would fold on this river, he could certainly be bluffing.

Either way, I'm not folding AQ here.

Knowing his utg stats would be most helpful here. Knowing he's 22/16 doesn't really help at all. Some people are 22/16 with 22 vpip utg and others 10 vpip utg.
