3bet pot got C/R on turn - HU 100NL

It is early in the session. He has 3bet me 3 times b4 and i folded each time, i 3betted him twice and he folded both times. This is the first time we are seeing a flop in a 3bet pot. His pretty agro in single raised pots when he has the initiative and obviously I do not know anything about him in 3bet pots.

When I reread the hand I like raising the flop and getting it in better, but as played what do I do on turn?

If he snap shoved i'd puke, its just a really tough spot you can go either way.

well i could see myself raising as weak as QT. I dont like giving my opponents more equity (by allowing him to see more streets) when ive taken a conservative approach to calling 3bets and i have 0 blockers.

From your notes, against this guy 4 bet, get it in in is likely fine. As played I am raise/calling this flop more often than not. Turn is close but I am calling against a reasonably aggro individual and I make it a bigger bet also. His range can have a lot of pairs plus a club/combo draws.
