QQ overpair facing triple barrel

Default QQ overpair facing triple barrel

Villain is 42/20/1.8 with low aggression frequency on all streets

His WTSD is 19.3 and W$SD is 60.8. All of this over a 750 hand sample

I folded river because I did not think I was ahead of his 4 barreling range (KK+). Any other way to have played it? Should I call river?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (8 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    SB ($50)

    UTG ($50)
    UTG+1 ($48.50)
    MP1 ($124.30)

    Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q, Q

    MP1 bets $5, Hero calls $5

    River: ($20.75) 6 (2 players)

I think there's a reason why we flop QQ preflop and not raise the flop.
With QQ flatting preflop, the flopturnriver is a good board for us.I call, but probably not too happy with it.

looks fine to me, although your reasoning might suck on the earlier streets but you didn't include it.

in ur accounts... confiscating ur funz
tbh, I don't really pay attention to aggression factor and frequency... but I can't imagine that it would turn an overpair into a fold here... I mean, even if it's around 15%, he would still be betting tptk, or even less because of how many flops he sees. And even if he only bets 33, JJ, 99, 88, KK, AA, QTs (28), and AJ (12) - it's still pretty close - you'd only have to add KJ to his range and it's a +EV call.

I'm reluctant to say ld0 call, because I was playing a guy HU yesterday who had 60% vpip and 85% fold to c-bet, 75% fold to donk bet (10%pfr) over 200 hands... if that guy had tripple barreled like that, I would hate my QQ - he was just trying to hit a monster and then donk pot or donk shove into me so I don't have to bother to bet. I still would have call because wtf sample size

you need to be good here like 28% of the time
    come the fuck on

    he has Jx here sometimes
if he has a low aggression frequency on the flop, he doesn't always bet his draws or 88 or whatever the fuck you're afraid of
but you can't put people on KK+ every time
especially since it's not like this guy is 50/0/0.6 and suddenly min3b you pre or something

As someone stated earlier the point of you flatting was to get into a situation like this. I dont see how you fold here. This should be a reraise preflop imo

pre-flop i 3-bet. Calling is fine though, but then you have to call the river bet.

So over 750 hands, he's managed to play over 300 of them, of which he raised 150. With that in mind, what was it about his line that made you think you were up against KK+ this one time? :P
