What do you think of my line here? I feel like when the Nit flat calls my cbet his range is 33,44, 88-QQ and maybe sometimes Ak, KQs and 55-77

When the fish min raises us we can range him on pretty much Kx. 33,44 and K4, K3 would be in there too but i feel like this is face up Kx a huge % of the time vs this opponent.

Being out of relative position on the nit I feel hes folding all his mid pairs and shipping sets and (TPTK sometimes) to this fishes raise

I feel like we have to 3bet here or the nit might just call and then we won't have any idea where we are on the turn. By bet folding we are either shipping the fishes money for folding to the nits jam. I'd love to hear your thoughts tough love much appreciated cheers guys

Why do you think we won't have any idea where we are on the turn? Will the 3b really tell us where we're at if the nit calls the 3b? i dont really understand what the 2nd sentence is saying at all.

haha yeah I guess I came on to strong with 'any idea', we could still have an idea but it's a bit more cloudy. Because he could easy call with a set or maybe as wide as QQ-TT.
I feel like the times he would flat the 3bet would be pretty little but I guess AK, KQs might do it. I think I like the bet better then the flat because then I feel much more comfortable ranging the opponents. But I'm unsure as shit thats why I posted haha. Like what do other people do in this spot and why?

fish is on TP or 2 pairs and nit is set... that is my guess... anyway, 3 way this is a deff fold for me.

Preflop is good. The flop bet is good. When the fish min c/r's that's not a good sign but I wouldn't mind getting all-in against him, like you said. When the nit check/shoves the field, you're beat. So folding is good. But I wouldn't hate calling all-in either just because the pot is huge and half your stack is in already.
