Bounty Rules How Many of You Know the Answer?

I am hoping that I can get some clarification on how Bounty Game payments should be handled.

There are 3 players :
Player A 1000 chips final hand AA
Player B 2000 chips Bounty is on this player final hand QQ
Player C 3000 chips final hand KK

Here is the question does player C win the bounty for taking the bounty player’s final chips or does player A win the bounty as they won the main pot when the bounty player was removed from play?

Surely it must be player C as it isn't possible to take a bounty if your chip count doesn't exceed the amount your opponent has. The side pot will have the remaining chips of player B and these chips cannot be won by player A for obvious reasons therefore Player C can only obtain the bounty.

The bounty goes to the player that takes his final chip. In this case, the side pot was won by Player C and he is the winner.

board is QQAK2 and player B pwns A and C, wins player A bounty and then proceeds to win the tourney against player C.

Assuming what you meant here was AA beat KK and QQ, plus KK beat QQ, then yes, player C wins bounty for eliminating player B.

The bounty will always go to the player that takes the bounty's last chip. No matter what hand he/she has.

from my personal experience, it goes to the player with the higher stack, which is c beacuse he had both covered.

I thought it goes to the player who takes the last chip as stated above.
