    Default Remaining emotionally unattached

It's so much easier said than done isn't it.... You wait for an hour to get a good hand and then you see those 2 King picture cards BOOM!! Of course you should just see it as any other hand but it just feels so good and you have position on Villain to boot.... until you've re-raised to around 12BB's your opponent only calls, peels off an Ace on the flop and bets into you around 2/3 of the pot...... hmmm now what. Of course you know you should let it go but your heart tells you to maybe just see if another one of those Royal men are behind the turn.... but no lol. It's only then after facing another bet did I decide to fold. Granted I'm only playing at 2NL here but the call on the flop still cost me 15 BB's, which so easily could have been avoided. So I guess what I'm trying to preach to you fellow noobs is that KK, QQ and of course even AA is never a gaurantee to win and so it's vital you don't let your emotions get in the way of your game. Just let your reads rule your head and take a few extra seconds if need be in those large pots to make your decision. As a beginner you've probably already had this beaten into but it really is so vitally important to remain objective in those big pots. GL at the tables...

I get bored sometimes too and then when I win a big pot it feels great but you should never let this make you addicted to winning. You can't win every hand and sometimes even the pokat kings is no good. This is one of the things I am working on. Good luck to you too.
