    Default Couple spots w/sets 50nl

Hand #1, villain is unknown but playing 43/17 over 25 hands. I don't want to miss value, but will only a flush call a raise?

    Turn: ($12.75) 9 (2 players)
    MP1 checks, Hero checks

    River: ($12.75) 2 (2 players)
    MP1 bets $1, Hero?

    Hand #2
The PFRer is unknown but playing very loose, bb is 12/7/4.1 reg. Turn brings my set, but the tight player raises so whats the river play?

    too timid in both hands.

In hand 1 id bet the turn most of the time for around $9. As played raise river to like 15 as this overbet raise looks very bluffy considering you checked the turn, consequently villain will look you up very lightly.

In regards to hand 2...id probs play the same, with me calling the river, as the BB has atleast 2 pair here and often has a bigger set. Im not folding but just flatting thr turn raise and calling the river bet.

    MP1 checks, Hero checks
    So continuing hand 1...
    River: ($12.75) 2 (2 players)
MP1 bets $1, Hero raises to $9, MP1 raises to $23 and is all in, Hero? just pays it off at this point? The raise to $9 is looking to small then I guess, right?

...also if had bet the turn, am I folding to a shove?

I play the same up to river. Here I definetively push! We have near the nuts. The only hands I believe we are behind is 89/53/85 (from BB) or maybe AA (UTG+1).
UTG+1 seems to have either AA (if he is really weak/bad!) or AK/AQ or maybe KK that he can't fold. I cannot imagine he calls a set of 6/7 on the river after the 2/5 bet in MP.
Depending on how bad he is BB could have 89, 85 or 53 (if he has a straight 53/85 is more likely).
Plus, with the stack sizes, so many hands (e.g 2 pairs/1 big pair) will pay a push here, that I would definetively push here!

On the flop you need to c-bet a bit more $4.5.
With stack sizes and villain's stats (even only with 25 hands) I don't see how we can get away from this (if he has the flush).
As played, as for the size, I would prefer pot size raise (i.e. $13). This min bet is either strong or weak. He might call you light here as your size raise might be seen as stealing. A raise of $9 looks more like a value raise.

Again, with this villain and stack sizes, I'm not folding to a check/shove on the turn.

hand one you need to be betting the turn as others have said, also bigger cbet is good. Raising the river is correct but I think you should call his 3bet, with more info it could very easily be a fold.

hand 2 i play the same on turn and maybe c/c river, c/f to a large bet. The line i probs take though is call turn b/f river. jimmy i think 66/77 is a huge part of BBs range and more importantly is probably all he'll stack off with (as well as straights)

    This.

In hand 1 it's such an easy turn bet with so many draws that will see a river.

You are right, I thought we had no reads on BB. I didn't pay attention to the following sentence:
