Lessons of the day:
o Don't take laying down when you got that sinking feeling you're beat too seriously when you have a very strong hand with a shitload of equity.
o Don't be results oriented, put him on a range and stove it when in doubt.
o ...and don't auto 3x weak bets. I usually do better and make it $40 on the flop. It's a pretty big difference given all the money behind. Probably my biggest mistake in the hand.
