I think the button pushes ATC here. Against that range, your hand has 41% equity. Even if he pushes only top 10%, you still have 34% equity. (According to pokerstove.) Call it. You've got math on your side.

Button should be shoving ATC which would make this a call (albeit not a very +EV one) however players in this spot often don't shove nearly as wide as they should, thinking that they don't have much FE. If Button has any semblance of knowing what he is doing, I call.

The thing is, you need to take the ICM effect into account - so you shouldn't just be looking at chip EV, if you don't have SNG Wiz then you need to use an ICM calculator to figure out your $ EV if you fold, call and win, or call and lose.
