After they've imported one of your history files they will move it out of your PokerStars HH folder into an own one (most likely in the Holdem Manager installation directory or like PokerTracker did it: create a folder inside your PokerStars HH folder to put them in there, like: "ok, I already imported that file")
The reason for this being: all of those applications usually check the HH directories for updates while you're playing. With only one active HH remaining, this increase performance by a ton!

I'm going to check again tonight, although I couldn't find anything in the Hold 'em Manager folder. I hadn't thought about checking the PS HH folder. Thanks for the idea.
On another note I have no idea why Hold'em Man clearly gets the amount won wrong. I clearly have not won $20 000 but this is what HM says!
