MTT vs. 6-max/FR Cash vs. SnG
I was just reading an article on Pocketfives (just wanted to venture out of the FTR area) and it was about the high variance in MTT. And I got to thinking about not just MTT, but cash games, along with SnG, and there differing variance and all the other things that go along with each of them. So I had a few questions that im hoping the more advance players can answer?
1) Weighing in on risk vs. reward, which of the three types (MTT, cash game, SNG) would produce the greatest amount of money, adding in factors such as variance?
2) Which of these three is easiest to learn and develope into a winning player?
3)Which of the three is the best for BR of $1000 or less?
4) Use the following example to answer the question, Who would make the most money?
Three players...each one playing either strictly SnG, MTT, cash-game over the course of a year
Player one: 2000 MTT
Player two: 200,000 hands
player three: 5,000+ SnG ( idk what a good sample size is for SnG)
