Default Betting a draw in middle position/hoping for a free card

UTG +1 is fairly passive - I've seen him cold call with a boat on the river. The SB is a mystery, BB is weak tightish.

    Preflop: Hero is MP1 with T, A.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, Hero calls, 3 folds, SB completes, BB checks.

    Flop: (4 SB) J, 8, 9 (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, SB folds, BB calls, UTG+1 calls.

    Turn: (3.50 BB) 3 (3 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero checks.

    River: (3.50 BB) Q (3 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 bets, Hero raises, BB folds, UTG+1 calls.

    Final Pot: 7.50 BB

Raise limpy preflop. Why give SB and BB a chance to hit a flop cheaply?

    Otherwise fine.

    Raise or fold pre-flop.
    The rest is nice.

Personally I fold that hand preflop from that spot, then it changes to a raise in later position. I dont think I have the postflop skills to play A10o EP yet.

    Post-flop as played.
