With a debit card, and I see no option to do so.

I'm from the UK and have a Maestro debit card, and a Mastercard credit card.

The Mastercard was declined and I don't know why, and I have no idea how to deposit with the debit card.

Epassporte is impossible as I don't have a Visa card, so what are my options?
