New Game: Some maths help.

Game uses a pack stripped down to just the 9,10,J,Q,K and A cards.
Game is played table stakes.

1. Ante.
2. Player left of dealer posts blind equal to 2xAnte.
3. 2 down cards dealt to each player.(betting round)
4. 3 up cards dealt one by one (with a betting round in between each cards)
5. Show down.

Question: with a stripped deck do the hand ranking change? And if they do how do they change?
Someone please do the maths.
