    Default Sweden, yo!

I´m planning to spend a couple of days over my bday in september in stockholm.

I´ll go there with one or two of my housemates to have a good time. Does anyone here know something about gambling/casinos in sweden, tell me where the blonde´s go to party and what´s the best strategy to avoid the horrendous prices for alcohol there?

For gambling you got Casino Cosmopol, and that's pretty much the only place in Stockholm. It's on Kungsgatan, walking distance from the central station. I've only been there once myself as I just recently turned 20, but the poker games are definitely juicy (at least fridays and saturdays). It's PL 2000SEK+ or NL 5000SEK+. You got all other basic casino games as well.

The alcohol prices here suck big time which is why almost everyone I know buy smuggled stuff. So I've no idea what's best for you. The cheapest you can find a beer for in a bar would be around 25SEK, but often it's a lot more expensive. Just make sure you win at the casino and you'll be fine though.

As for the babes, it's Sweden yo. All the babes are hot Seriously though, this is hard without knowing what kind of place you want to go to. What kind of music you want and wether it should be a pure party place or more of a chill out place. However, regardless of where you want to go I think it's pretty hard to get in to a lot of places here so make sure you don't look too drunk.

Edit: In case you don't know 7 SEK~1$

i´m very into tech-house/electro to party on, my mates are more into black music, so i guess we´ll have to check out several clubs

regarding the babes, sweden sounds like the promised land, i´m so excited =)

since the vegas trip was supported exclusivley by us citizens, anyone interested in turning this trip to an "FTR eurpoean trip"?

I like Sweden - I had a great time when there for new year 2006.

I would be up for a trip over there soon for some poker and partying (I love breaks & electro), but have to seriously build up a roll to make it worthwhile - Dunno if I could do this in time for september..
