Well you could be missing out on a lot of value in these situations by just calling...
...but since villain is unknown, you have to just call. If he turns over Qx, then you can make a note and value raise the shit out of him in the future.

Is this 50NL? Villain minraise-calls pre, lead-calls, check calls then block bets when the flush comes? He seems like a donk, capable of holding both Qx and a flush. If he has a Q he's probably not folding it (you could have AK after all!), so raise if you like high variance for a little extra EV, call if not.
