Default If you're at a table where 100% of your bets will be called-

    (no matter what the size)
Aka uber loose passive donk table,

=How aggressive / passive are we playing preflop?=
    =What are we playing preflop?=
    Secondary: postflop?

    Thanks

Only bet when you are ahead of your opponents range.

there is a similar question in Skalansky's NL Hold 'em book. the question would be, how often do the other players bet and raise?
If the answer is never, then I would jump limp every hand, then bet according to the strength of my hand on the river; small bets for hands I think may be good, medium sized bets when I think i'm ahead most of the time, and pushing all-in with the nuts.

I disagree with that. I think we should push every single time we think we're ahead on the river. A hand like AKo, I'd push preflop, I might be wrong here, but I think it has the most equity vs. 9 random hands before we've seen a flop.

    No, AA does.

Why push AK pre-flop with 55% equity or whatever, when you can check to the river and push the river with 85%+ equity if you like your hand and fold otherwise?

Lol, i was talking about AK before the flop as opposed to after the flop rather than AK as opposed to any other hand.

yeah, if no one else is going to bet except you, there is no reason to put money in before the river. As I said, it depends on what the OP meant, because he says that you get called 100% of the time, but he doesn't say what they do when they don't bet.
