i ask because i tend to play very aggressively preflop, yet lately i've been thinking that's a leak in fullring.
like if you think there's gonna be four to a flop, then raising 77, even IP, doesn't strike me as a good idea since you need a set to win most of the time. and people like to say that being in a raised pot when you hit a set is much better than a limped pot, but i think that applies to when it's really shorthanded, like HU.
6max im raising all these hands , in 6max you really want to punish limpers and create a loose image and most of the time your going to take down the pot with a cbet
in full ring (i havent played much in awhile) im more apt to call with a5s 77 down with about 3 limpers ...with 2 limpers i might stiil raise PP's..its alot easier 2 raise to get it all in postflop when you build big pots with PP's in position ....
