    Default OOP WA/WB situations

I feel friggin lost when it comes to these. Not really how to play them but how to make money with them.

Say 100bb stacks, you raise in EP w/QQ flop is JJ2r and get one caller that has position on you. I personally think betting here is mildly retarded so I check and call. Sometimes it goes check/check on the turn, sometimes I check/call the turn. For sake of argument let's say it goes c/c. Let's assume on the river board texture isn't an issue and you have the best hand 99% of the time. How much % of the pot do you bet? I usually bet between 40 and 60% of the pot.

My problem is I feel I don't get enough value out of my biggish hands this way but playing straight forward seems bad as well. Am I doomed to always get little value out of these situations? Is all of this supa standard or should I change what I do?

QQ on a JJ2 board I would tend to bet. more to protect my hand than anything else. there are 6-8 cards that you really don't want to see and you don't know which of them will be bad for you. and if you have been moderately aggressive lately you will probably get at least a flop call from another PP, which you can do without giving up the lead in the hand.
