Try to construct a HH, containing your holecards, villain's holecards and the flop, where you are behind on the flop, yet over 70% to win the hand.

Trick question. If you are >50% to win, then you cannot be "behind".

    Semantics.
You are behind at the moment if the hand ended now. Being behind and being the favorite are two different things.

A particular kicker makes 85% of his field goals from inside 30 yards. You're team is down 23-21. Guess what? You still have to kick it, you're still behind.

Heh, guess it wasn't so hard. I think the one koolmoe posted (71.01% equity) is the highest you can get, atleast I can't find a situation with more outs.

Well, I said "behind on the flop", which I think is semantically correct.. you still have to improve.
