Default My pc took a dive

Motherboard fried...dell less than 1 year old...been on a roll lately too...tripled my bankroll (if you can call it that) in the last week and BLAM see ya...no more computer. Good news is Dell is sending someone out to fix it...bad news is it may not be until next week.

Fuck dell...I called them today to see when someone would be here..."we didn't send anything out to you"

me:"tech dude said you were going to send a processor"

dell: "we can't do that unless we know that's the problem"

me: "we DO know that's the problem"

dell: "well we can send out a power supply"

me: "there's nothing wrong with the power supply....are you guys delaying sending out a processor because it's the most expensive part of the computer???"

    dell: "yes sir"

me: "BUT THATS WHATS WRONG WITH IT"

dell: "lets start from the beginning...can you try to reboot your machine"

    me: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    45 minutes later on phone

dell: "We're going to send you a new processor"

    No hindsight for the blind.
Gotta love tech support people. But why are they only sending you a processor if you know your motherboard is fried?

(And why is this in the Beginner's Circle?)

Because I'm beginning to think Dell sucks.

They already swapped out the motherboard...it's got to be the processor.

So in essence I'll have a brand new mb (they left the new one here) and a new video card and a new processor (although exactly the same as the old one)
