Default Squeeze play with several callers

I was hoping we could get some discussion going on the situations I've outlined below. I have seen them a number of times at 10NL and 20NL, usually at particularly loose tables.

I've seen similar situations to this a number of times:

    Full Ring
    EP Raise to 5xBB
    3+ Callers
BB or SB raises to 20xBB or more, but doesn't go all in.

    Questions:

1)How often do you believe this is a steal attempt with trash?
2)How often do you believe the blind raiser has a very powerful hand?
3)How often do you pull this play? Do you require a premium hand to employ it?

    -You're the original PFR.
    4)AA - play?
    5)KK-QQ - play?
    6)AK/AQ - play?
    7)JJ - play?
    8)Pocket Pair - play?

    -You're one of the callers
9)It folds around to you, you have your usual starting hand requirement for the position you are at (whatever that may be for you). What is your play?
10)There is a reraise of all in before you, you have your usal starting hand requirement for the position you are in. What is your play?
11)You are the last player to act after the initial reraise, there have been 2 callers before you. You have an exceptionally strong hand for your position, such as QQ. What is your play?
    12) Same as 11) but you have TT. What is your play?[/b]

    1 almost never
2 a reraise at my limit (NL25) almost always means JJ+ and AK
3 I'll make this play only with KK and QQ. AA I simply shove, coz I find that play to be the most effective. I only call with JJ (set-hunting) or AK (don't want to play a big pot OOP with this hand)
    4 AA I shove, occasionally 3-bet
5 KK I 3-bet, occasionally shove depending on stack sizes.
6 QQ/JJ/ any other PP I call, so as to try to invite the orignial raise-callers to limp-in to fulfill my set implied odds.
7 I'll probably call w/ AQs, fold AQo and mix it up with AK and AKs

If I am one of the orignial raise-callers I'll probably play the same way as when I am the original PF raiser. Fold to any all-in except AA and KK. QQ is strong but not strong enough against 2 people who are going nuts.
