GBP to US neteller currency fee?

hi all,

im using GBP's in my noble poker account and was wondering if anybody knows the currency exchange fee involved if you're neteller account is in $US?

Is there a way to get around this? I've emailed Noble but they arent willing to let me change my base currency (i can understand some people might manipulate exchange rates, but i told them it was a one off).
