loosest small-stakes site

any feedback on sites which have these characteristics:

10$,20,25,40,50$ NL tables (6-max obviously)
loose (40% or more see flop)
large average pot size (40BB or greater)
* if the players are fishy, even better.

I think it's tough to compare sites based on these table criteria, because the sites calculate the number differently. For example, some sites might count the last 25 hands, while others the last 50, etc.

But IMHO, (and i've played tons of hands all over the place due to bonus whoring addiction) Paradise and Pokerroom had the most fish, followed by iPoker, then party, then pokerstars.
