Default Question; About $6 turbo 45's SNG - Stars

hey everyone, im having a little difficulty with these tourneys as of late. Ive been playing these a couple of weeks and im noticing a big pattern, which id really like to change. 9/10 times i will make it to that last 2 tables, 80% of the time i have a double up and change to start with (3000-3500 average), but my problem is that most of the time (70-80%!!) I can't reach the final table, or if i do i dont cash. By the last 2 tables the blinds are usually 100-200 with 25 antes, then 200-400 (this is where I usually bust out). Ill normally have around 4000 chips by this blind stage, but ill find that ill get complete crap cards and my steals dont work as often as id like, or i lack the confidence to push all in in unopened pots in mid-late position, and by the time i do ill only have an M of 2 or 3. Any suggestions as to how I can improve? Should I take my stack and get aggressive and hope that I can begin to bully? Im a tight-semi aggressive player. I hope what i wrote wasnt a huge ramble but im looking for some pointers.

    don't play turbos?

they often can end up in a "crapshoot" where you eather have to push all in and hope to win a coinflip, and if you wait for a monster hand you will be blinded down and be forced to push with junk and no fold equality.

if you feel this is the case you may want to test out regular sit n goes. More time to play and more time for people to donk themself out.

they're more like a "controlled crapshoot" where you're gambling but with what is hopefully a decided edge in the whole big run of things.
