I think I played this pretty well, but I can tell the people who read these boards are a little more experienced than myself, and hopefully someone has some input. I thought I played this pretty well, though.

    No hindsight for the blind.
Use a HH-converter. No one needs to see these morons lecturing each other in the chat, lol .

On the hand, you really need to try and get more chips in the middle at some point. For me this usually means raise the flop, bet the turn harder and push the river.

Smooth calling on the flop is risky considering there is a possible flush draw, even if BB doesnt have the flush draw another heart could kill your action. You have to bet more on the turn, pot is $1.65 and you bet $0.2 - thats like 1/8th of the pot. I would bet at least $1 here but most likely more ($1.20-$1.65). Dont be afraid of betting strong with your big hands, they wont fold. In this specific hand the villain didnt have a strong hand so he might have folded to a strong bet but you will be leaving a lot of money on the table all the other times he has a flush draw, overpair, top pair etc. Bet your strong hands strong and give yourself the chance to win big pots.

Personally I suppose I just liked the deceptive small bet on the turn, that induced the bluff on the river. I'm not so sure he would have made any large raises, and I milked it alright. If I was confident he had a calling hand I would have pushed a little harder.

But you are right, I do have to get more chips in the middle somewhere along the line.

Make a decent bet on the turn and a decent raise on the river. Low stakes guys love to call, so make some bets for them.

Apart from betting the turn properly, I'd go allin as played on the river. You really have to make sure you get paid big when you make a hand.

    himself fucker.
The day you learn to bet stronger is the day you learn to win more.

I think turn action and specifically river action make me wanna gag.

Don't ever minraise. Don't try to induce bluffs.
