Default Nut flush on 4 flush board, villain c/r

Only 21 hands on villain. 47%/0%/1.5

I'm thinking raise big on the turn since the pot's so small at the moment and see if he likes his smaller flush enough to pay me off.

    he has a flush (J, xh) prolly a Q or K
Had top pair J's but thinks he has the higher heart.
If he has 4h,5h. Pay him. Biondino is kidding.

I figured he was kidding-- but point taken that I didn't have the absolute nuts here. Just wanted to see if anyone would have thought it best to just call and let him bluff/value bet off some more money on the river (I used to think they would. Not so much anymore).
