Ax might call. But will bet also. Anyway, betting is nice for balance I guess.

    Standard.

Did u face an overset or straight in the first hand? Because it looks really standard, trying to figure out why u bothered to post it. And the second hand too, although you can check the flop or the turn, trying to get money from weaker hands. But imo that's personal preference. You're losing a big chunk of money here regardless, if you have the second best hand.

    Nah, it's opponent dependant.

Pretty silly question imo, Ax is calling for sure. I like to value bet every street here and fold to a raise. Honestly there isn't a huge difference between AK an AQ on this flop even though AK has top two pair. We're still ahead/behind pretty much the same hands expect for a two pair Ax.

Theoretically this has an easy answer, but practically, what kind of reads would you need to be able to determine one approach is better than the other? Unless Villain is like a super obvious calling station who will call you down with anything, it's kinda hard to know.

vs a TAG you want to check the turn because a TAG did not just limp/call then call a bet on the flop with A6. If he smooth called the flop here, betting the turn is a bad idea because he will only ever give you action with a better hand. But checking induces his bluffs to bet and you gain EV.

Vs a fish you want to gain EV by betting the turn because it is likely he called preflop and flop with Ax and other hands you beat.

Yeah, like I said, in theory it is easy. However, and this is just from my personal experience, in these sorts of situations it is rarely clear to me which is the best line. Thing is, even if he is a fish, betting isn't always the best way to extract value. With some, a check works best cuz it'll make them overvalue their weaker holdings. Etc.
