No flushes, no straights, if he's got an ace (likely) then it's either going to be with the same kicker as yours or weaker, with only AJ causing you issues. Would you really call that pre-flop raise with AJ? Not sure I would.
If he's holding a pair, then it's got to be good enough to call your raise and re-raise you on the flop, so JJ is possible, otherwise if it's a larger pair, QQ or KK, then you are ahead. Same with a smaller pair. Is 55 or 33 likely given the raise at the flop?
Ok, it's vague and I'm shit at spotting what hands people are holding, but I'd put him on either a medium to high pair, with either a boat or two pair.
All in all, I'd have called and then been upset when he showed down a boat.
