    Default Just calling with trips

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A, J.
Hero raises, (supershortstack) 3-bets, 2 folds, SB calls, 1 fold, Hero caps, MP =#A500AF(supershortstack)/ calls, SB calls.

    Flop: (13 SB) 7, A, 3 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, supershortstack folds, SB calls.

    Turn: (7.50 BB) A (2 players)
    SB bets, Hero calls.

My call reasons are two fold:
    A) A raise tells him what my hand is. If he's betting just to see if I raise, well, there's his answer and he's out cheap with a bet/fold line. If I just call and pop a river, he pays the same and is less likely to threebet if he has me outkicked.

    B) Ok I think theres only 1 reason there.

Hmm, I would say that is my most common line against typical opponents, but I think there is a key difference here. with 2 flush draws on board, there is a good chance that he is semi-bluffing a draw and will call the turn raise, but will check/fold the river. When this is the case, just calling the turn is bad IMO.

I like to raise this board HU with any pp 88+, and throw in 44-66 against maniacs.

FWIW, I think my call on the turn is blatantly obvious as well.

Whats with the cap preflop with AJs, is it to put the guy allin?

Mostly yes, it was to get the guy all-in. I was INCREDIBLY surprised that he folded. I think had $2 left, but this was a few days ago.

FWIW I'm pretty torn on AJs against a 3bet. Against this guy super short stacked, yeah I'll obviously cap when he's pushing his stack in. I don't know why he folded. It still doesnt make sense to me.

SBs call was unexpected, and it kind of threw me off. I'm not sure whether I should cap there following the almost-cold-call.
