I basically suspected a higher PP, a set, or maybe even two pair (but this hand seems improbable judging by the preflop call and the board). But this looked to me like an auto fold? Did I handle this over the top bet well? It was like hand two at this table, lol. Pissed me off.

This isnt really an over the top bet, his raise is less than the size of the pot after your bet. I would fold here facing such aggression with only TPTK, get this guys stack later. If you dont have a read then dont play for your stack with on top pair, you made the right fold if you dont know have any reads.

He had the odds for his OESD and made it.

Bet the flop stronger, it's draw heavy.

With all those callers in between you and villian, he's getting decent odds to call with lots of holdings. 22, 99, JT are all entirely possible.
But your flop bet seems pretty weak to me, it's less than 1/4 of the pot, and only .10 more than your pre-flop raise. That leaves you vulnerable both to draws and a bluff from someone who puts you on something like a missed AK.
