Here's my thinking:
I only had 30 hands with him, but he seemed pretty loose.

If I show weakness This pot can be taken from me.

Aces or kings would 4-bet preflop I think (25nl, how tricky can they be?).
Against jacks I've got 11 outs (hearts and Qs)
Against a flush I'm just screwed, but I'm not sure I can manipulate the pot in any way that avoids the bluff and lets me know he has a flush. Besides, there's exactly one hand that makes a flush here given the betting: AhKh.
I don't think 33 or 88 reraises preflop.
AK is toasty here, if he calls with a big heart I'm just better than 50/50 (8 hearts, 3 aces, 3 kings = 14 outs)
other pairs and lower flush draws probably wouldn't pay me off here.

So this is kind of a scared blocking bet. Is there a better way?
