Personally, I would raise the turn to 5 or 6 bucks. If he comes over the top, he has a 5, but I expect him to fold here.

On the turn. If he's full of shit, then let him milk the pot some more before you take it down. You have a weak hand (you do not have a made hand, you are still on a drawing hand) - the last thing you want to do is have someone straight bluffing with Q2 or some garbage like thatand on the river hit a 2 while you continue to call them down... that is -EV... and the worst is when you think someone's on a draw and miss, but they pair on the river. DO NOT let that happen (or if you represent a real strong hand, they could very well lay down their low pair if you represent something stronger... ie the guy has K2 of clubs and misses the river club, but hits his 2... you could get them to lay down if they have more then 4 braincells... but the braincell count is read dependent)

Do you have any reads at all? Is this how the person usually plays their draws? Is this how the person responds to a pre-flop raise on a raggy board?

btw, villian's bets are extremely LAME. ugh i hate that crap.

Raise the turn. If you're beat he has 77-99.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.
