somebody correct me if im wrong, but first of all i wouldnt have raised preflop with KJs OOP. but as played, the flop bet was a bit weak. although you are giving him wrong pot odds to call, the implied odds probably are enough to justify one. also, after his flop call, you have to put him on at least some sort of hand/strong draw. on the turn, here is your big mistake. his bet is either a bluff on the ace, or he really does like that ace. you need to fold here or at the very least raise him here to see where you are at...but since you called, you gain no information on what he has. he still is betting on the river, and its not enough to be a bluff. He has a hand, and can your kings and queens ace kicker be enough to beat anything he has? Lets see: J10, 910, Q9, Q10, JQ, K10, KQ, AQ, A10, AJ, AK, AA, KK, QQ, JJ all have you destroyed here. The AA and KK are improbabe, but the QQ and JJ and possibly Qx could be being slowplayed. There too many hands that can beat you here...I'd fold.
