    Default 5/10 hand

Everyone folds to the button who limps for 10. I raise to $50 with 99 from the SB. BB folds, button calls. (button is typical 5/10 loose/aggressive player, playing all sorts of hands, suited connectors, outplaying people after the flop, sth like michael1123 or h@l...). I have a little more than $1200, he has me covered. Flop is KQ9 rainbow. I bet $80 he calls. Turn is a 3 I bet $120 he raises to $250, I call. River is another blank I lead for $300 he raises to
    $700...

Do you find a fold here?

KK QQ seem unlikely with button - open limp - call big SB raise.
    KQ? K9? Q9?

I guess the big fear here is JT. He's clearly not afraid of AK or AA.

Has he been pushing YOU around, getting you (apparently) to fold hands like TPTK?
Do you think he respects your turn raise.

I think your problem here is the weak river bet. 300 into 750... after you gave him the initiative. Only reason to call him on the turn raise is if you either
    a) think you might actually be behind and want a cheap showdown
    b) are sure your ahead, and want him to raise the river and trap him.

In any case, it's 400 to call a pot of 1760. There is a good chance you have been betting into the nuts all this time, but now you gotta pay to see it.

cry, call. rejoice when he flips over K9.
