How far would you go with Big Slick pre-flop and post flop on a 6-handed ring-game

Preflop: Barring any reads.. Would you fold it after a re-raise of 8xBB?

Postflop: FLop comes 49 Q rainbow, one bets, one calls, would you call?

Generally, are there any rule on how to play big slick. I always seem to get beaten by trips or getting bluffed out
